This Privacy Policy explains how Luciano Ferretti ("LF Core", "we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects user data when you visit https://lucianof.com, deploy the LF Core Discord bot, or authenticate via Google OAuth2.

1. Data We Collect Through Google OAuth2

When you voluntarily authorize our application using Google OAuth2 (such as during verification workflows), we collect only the minimum public profile information provided by the Google identity service:

• Google User Identifier: A unique numeric Google ID to identify your session.
• Email Address: Used solely to confirm legitimate human ownership and link your identity to your Discord account.
• Basic Profile Info: Your public name/display name to assign verified roles inside authorized Discord servers.

We never request, store, or have access to your Google password, private emails, files, drive assets, or contacts.

2. How We Use Google User Data

All data received from Google APIs is used strictly to provide the core account verification and anti-abuse service. Specifically, we use Google user data to:

• Authenticate that a Discord user corresponds to a legitimate external account.
• Automatically assign a "Verified" role inside Discord communities managed by LF Core.
• Prevent raid accounts, spam bots, and malicious impersonation.

Prohibitions on Google Data Usage:

• We do not sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal data or Google user data under any circumstances.
• We do not transfer your Google data to third parties, advertising brokers, or tracking networks.
• We do not use your Google data for targeted advertising, marketing campaigns, or algorithmic profiling.
• We do not use Google user data for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3. Discord Identifiers & Infrastructure Telemetry

For standard Discord bot operations, LF Core processes only functional platform identifiers:

• Discord Identifiers: User ID, Guild/Server ID, Channel ID, and Role IDs.
• Stateful Quarantine Snapshots: A list of role IDs temporarily serialized to PostgreSQL when a user is placed in quarantine, strictly used to restore previous permissions upon release.
• Disciplinary Ledgers: Warning points and administrative moderator dossier notes.

Message Content: LF Core does not store chat message bodies on persistent storage. Messages are analyzed strictly in volatile memory (RAM) in real time for automated anti-advertisement and honeypot trap channel enforcement.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

All authentication records and platform identifiers are stored within an encrypted PostgreSQL connection pool hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure. Access is strictly limited to authorized automated services and the lead system developer.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide verification and server security functions, or until a deletion request is received.

5. Right to Erasure (Data Deletion Policy)

You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your stored verification links, Google association, and moderation history from our databases.

To request data erasure, email us directly at xlegendirer@gmail.com with your Discord User ID, or submit a support ticket via our official community server at discord.gg/luc3nd. All associated records will be permanently removed within 14 business days.
