These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Administrator", or "You") and Luciano Ferretti ("LF Core", "Provider", "We") regarding your access to and use of https://lucianof.com, the LF Core Discord bot application, and all associated OAuth2 gateways.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing LF Core into your Discord server, interacting with slash commands, using our OAuth2 authentication system, or browsing our web interfaces, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service & License

LF Core provides Discord communities with centralized moderation, security containment (quarantine), honeypot trap channel enforcement, dynamic voice channel allocation, and third-party identity verification.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy and interact with the bot within Discord servers where you possess appropriate permissions.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you must not:

• Violate Discord Policies: You must fully abide by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Infrastructure Abuse: You must not attempt to trigger denial of service, flood the event loop, exploit rate limits, or reverse-engineer the underlying service endpoints.
• Malicious Deployment: You may not use LF Core in servers dedicated to malware distribution, phishing, harassment, fraud, or hate speech.
• Security Bypass: You must not attempt to circumvent automated quarantine isolation or trap channel containment filters.

4. Termination & Service Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block access to any Discord user ID (via internal blocklists) or any server guild ID (via guild_activity_block) that breaches these Terms or threatens infrastructure security, without prior notice or liability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from third-party API disruptions (such as Discord Gateway or Google OAuth downtime).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luciano Ferretti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use LF Core.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our application or website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
